Dolci Gelato is made fresh every day, with new ingredients masterfully blended by Chef Gianluigi Dellacio, the first Gelato Ambassador to the United States — a real title! He blends local organic fruits and milk, as well as chocolate from his own farm in Ecuador, to make a quintessentially Italian sweet treat that is remarkably international—much like its location at National Landing’s Water Park.
